Returns
  • I have received a faulty/ incorrect/ defective item. What should I do?
    At Happyaza, we thoroughly check your order for any faults or defects before shipping them to you. However, if you do receive a faulty product which is broken or wrong item has been sent to you, Unboxing video is mandatory without this we cannot refund/ return/ exchange. please email us at happyaza.in@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the order. Upon verifying your request, we will replace the faulty product right away.
  • I have placed an order for an incorrect phone case/AirPods model. What can I do?
    We request you to please confirm your device model before placing an order. Since each of our products is customized, we will be unable to process any returns/exchanges in case of a wrongly ordered product. 

    How to return:
    1. Simply email us at happyaza.in@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Kindly pay for return charges and shipping charges for new product which you want to exchange. Charges depends on the location. Our team will let you know the charges accordingly 
    2. Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging. Tag should be sealed. Broken sealed can’t claim any Refund/Return/Exchange.
    3. Will initiate the return from our side
    4. Once we receive your package, we’ll initiate processing your refund right away
  • ( Customised products can’t be returned or exchanged)

Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days upon receipt of the package. The amount will be refunded to your original form of payment.

 What can be done if I i’m not satisfied with print quality or facing issue with color difference?

 We ensure to give best quality products to our customers. You’re freely invited to our social platforms to see the live images of the product where you can check with the quality. As we’ve already mentioned color differences may vary due to editing of photos in digital mockup images ( No return/exchange is applicable on Sale items, Designer & Printed Cases as they are made on orders also on camera protection of phone cases  as it depends on the model and the availability) Tag should be sealed. Broken sealed will not be proceed for Return/ Refund/ Exchange 

Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it?

Please note that all of our products are custom made. It may not be possible to cancel/modify your order once we have prepared and dispatched the products . In case you would like to cancel/modify your order, please write to us as soon as possible at happyaza.in@gmail.com and we will try to process your request. Please ensure to include your order number and any other information in the email. If the order has been processed then team won’t be responsible for any cancellation and won’t be able to refund or return. If you still wants to return the item you can pay the return charges and shipping charges for exchange of the product ( Not applicable for Customised products)
